Celebrating 4 years of being at the top of the Property Marketing game!

We stumbled into property marketing, quite literally, over a game of golf!

Debbie was invited to make up a 4 ball in a golf game on the very beautiful, ocean-backed Zimbali Golf Course back in 2016, when she was partnered with the CEO of Keller Williams franchise. Over a game of golf, we were given the opportunity to photograph all the homes for sale by Keller Williams in the exclusive Zimbali estate. We decided to exceed expectations, and started filming the houses and making short videos of each property for sale, as well as providing the photography which we had been contracted to do.

Fast forward to 2020, and our videos have transformed from static pan and tilt shots, to beautiful, flowing, video fly through’s using Ronin gimbals and with cinematic professional music by Artlist

Our photography has improved in leaps and bounds too, with new lenses and Sony cameras, we have been able to provide our real estate agents and private clients with beautiful, crisp, sharp, HDR photography, really showcasing their properties.

Our property marketing portfolio also includes the use of Matterport 3D mapping and floor planning, so we are able to offer a full house service for any real estate agents, or discerning property sellers wishing to showcase their properties for the quickest sale at the asking price.
