Award Winning Business!
We are delighted to have a number of prestigious awards hanging on our office walls, so far, we’ve won an award every year of business, from our first, the coveted #SBS Award which is Theo Paphitis’ recognition of the work of small businesses.
We even had a lovely press release in the local Maidenhead Advertiser which read: “Press Play Online’s Derek and Debbie Gobbett were invited to the #SBS Competition Winners Event 2017, which they attended in Birmingham to pick up their award presented by Theo Paphitis himself. They were amongst the privileged few to attend the event and receive brilliant business tips and advice from not only Theo but also Dragons Den star Deborah Meaden and John Mills.
Debbie said, “We are so thrilled as we have been creating marketing videos for the web for a number of years and recently moved back to the UK after 9 exciting years in South Africa, so are starting our business all over again. In South Africa we were busiest in the Real Estate Video and Photography arena but have also produced marketing videos for golf clubs, schools, beauty therapists, fitness instructors, hotels and holiday rental homes, restaurants, business coaches and online training. It is great to have support from Theo because it’s been tough trying to raise our profile and Theo has recognised our hard work and helped spread the word about what we do to his following.”
We then continued with our Twitter winning streak and won the #WOW award from Jacqueline Gold, the CEO of Ann Summers, who recognises Women in Business.
Our Wedding Photography and Videography has also won us several awards from BrideBook with a Silver and Gold Award in 2018 and 2019 and we were finalists in the 2019 Guides for Brides Customer Services Awards, for which we were rewarded with a pretty crystal trophy!
We are always working hard to improve on our photography and video skills and every year learn something new to work on and improve on what we can offer our valued clients. Customer service is our top priority, and we love to give our clients the friendliest of service whilst providing them with outstanding video and photography.
